Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after they are placed.
Orders confirmed before the daily cut-off time, usually 2 PM IST, are processed on the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the estimated delivery date and tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time.
Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take additional time. In some cases, external factors such as weather conditions, courier delays, or local restrictions may also affect the delivery timeline.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to you by email. You can use this link to check the real-time status of your delivery.

Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer support team immediately.
Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal of delivery, the order may be returned to origin (RTO).
If reshipment is required, additional shipping charges may apply.
